The Rotary of Cincinnati Assists Nonprofits with Projects Through "Do Days"

Updated: Nov 1, 2023

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services would like to thank the Rotary Club of Cincinnati for selecting us as a Rotary "Do Days" recipient. Do Days coordinates community volunteers and local corporations who come together for a day of service to help non-profits with a much-needed project.

The Rotary Club of Cincinnati’s mission is “Providing Selfless Service in the Community and the World Through Involved and Engaged Members.” Rotary Do Days was developed to help continue this mission.

In 2022 the club worked with Tristate non-profit organizations and companies in a community-wide service effort that encompassed 16 projects and engaged over 200 volunteers who provided nearly 800 service hours. This year, 500 volunteers completed 34 projects which involved over 2500 volunteer hours in just three days (last Thursday through Saturday, 10/26-28)!

#GCBHS would also like to thank the US Bank employees who spent last Thursday, 10/26, staining the fencing at one of our recovery houses in Clermont County. We would also like to thank Pizza Hut in Amelia ( 1761 E Ohio Pike) for providing lunch for the volunteers.
