A Message from our President & Chief Executive Officer, Jeff O'Neil

The Coronavirus crisis continues to bring many challenges and changes to the way we live our lives. As a frontline behavioral healthcare organization, we are making decisions that allow us to continue to serve and protect the welfare of our vulnerable patients including minimizing their risk and exposure as much as possible. Their safety, along with the safety of our staff is very important to us, as we continue to accept new patients (If you are not a GCBHS client and need assistance, please call our main number, listed below, for additional information regarding intake). Because of this, we are making adjustments to some of our services and operations, including:

  • Residential Housing

  • Care Management Services

  • Mental Health Counseling and Psychiatric Services

  • The Wellness Center

  • Medication Assisted Treatment

  • Substance Use Disoder Clinical Services

  • Payees

Detailed information on the specific program changes can be found by clicking on the links below. We will continue to add additional information as well as other services as we receive guidance and directives from our authorities.

In addition, we have requested that staff who can work from home, do so. On-site staff and patients are asked to maintain social distancing – we hope you understand that this is for everyone's safety.  We must also reiterate that if you are sick PLEASE stay home.

If you have any concerns or questions, or for information regarding services or programs not listed, call your service provider. You can also follow us via social media or sign up for e-news by clicking on the blue button in the upper right hand corner of this page. For general information, our main phone line is 513-354-5200.

I know that many of us are uneasy about what lies ahead. Be assured that we are here for you and will be doing everything we can to help our patients, staff and community work through these challenges. Stay safe and remember that it is important to maintain your mental health as well as your physical health during this stressful time.
