Did you know that Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services offers prevention programs alongside with the federally funded Coalition for a Drug Free Clermont County? Recently the Clermont County teams visited West Clermont Middle School, as well as Bethel Middle School, Bethel High School, and a school open house in Felicity.
The Prevention Team and Coalition work together to reduce substance use and mental health disorders in children by providing evidence based strategies and programming in school and community settings. The team’s focus is to enhance protective factors and build resiliency in youth, thereby promoting the development of strong and healthy young adults. Both programs run year-round and serve school aged youth in Clermont County.
If your school or organization would like more information on the programming, materials, and trainings that our Prevention Services provides to residents of Clermont County, contact Erika Stockman at: estockman@gcbhs.com or call (513) 732-5501.
