Penny Middaugh began her career with GCB in 1992 as part of the LifePoint Solutions division. Prior to moving into management, she spent several years working as a care manager and later a therapist helping adults with mental health issues. In her current role with GCB, she’s responsible for School-Based and Home-Based services in Ohio and Northern KY, Primary Care Behavioral Health in FQHC’s, Language Bank, Integrated Counseling Services and programs like Every Child Succeeds. Penny has a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and holds Ohio independent license in social work, with supervisory designation. Penny is also a surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF, International) in the areas of Behavioral Health and Child and Youth Services. Penny is motivated to provide a working environment that supports staff to learn, grow and develop their expertise resulting in high quality services.
