Vice President of Hamilton County Behavioral Health Services
Nikki joined GCB in 1999, working in the organization’s residential and housing programs. In 2002 she began supervising specialized care management teams, including a Homeless Team, and GCB’s first Mental Health Court ACT Team. In 2005 Nikki became ACT Services Director, managing programs providing intensive services to populations such as individuals on probation, parole, and those who are frequently hospitalized. She served as the Associate Vice President of Mental Health Services before being appointed Vice President of Mental Health Care Management in 2018. Nikki is responsible for the oversight and clinical development of care management teams, access services, and psychiatric clinic support services. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from the University of Dayton, and a Master’s of Education from Xavier University. Nikki holds Ohio independent licenses in counseling and addiction, both with supervisory credentials. She has taught at Xavier University’s Master’s of Counseling Program since 2011 teaching courses such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Advanced Addictions. Nikki loves helping facilitate change and growth in others – whether it is a client, a staff person or a student, she finds joy in seeing other people embrace their potential.
