Chief Operations Officer
Jeff has spent his entire career working in mental health, motivated each step of the way by the desire to bring support and resources to a greatly underserved population. He began working for the organization in 1984 as an evening and weekend residential manager. He left the organization in 1989 to work for the Hamilton County Mental Health Board, but returned in 1994. Before his time with GCB, he worked as a VISTA volunteer at Lighthouse Runaway Shelter. His favorite part of his job at GCB (other than seeing clients thrive) is watching the GCB staff thrive. Their enthusiasm and passion for the work is contagious, and he loves to help them grow and develop professionally. Jeff has a Master’s degree In Health Services Administration from Xavier University.
In his role of Chief Operations Officer, Jeff is responsible for Billing, IT, Medical Records QA/QI in addition to the organizations Mental Health Services Divisions.
