Vice President of Quality Management and Compliance
Diane began her career at GCB in 1994 as a program coordinator, and moved into Quality Improvement soon thereafter. She oversees the organization’s accreditation, certification, and licensure processes, and serves as the Compliance Officer for GCB. She coordinates quality assurance efforts and training, and leads the organization’s work in ensuring culturally competent, accessible care. Diane also serves as the lead client rights officer at GCB and is an independently Licensed Social Worker with supervisor designation in the State of Ohio. She is an instructor in Social Work at the University of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky University, where she has taught courses including Program Evaluation, Supervision, Research, and Compassion in Social Justice. Diane received her Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Miami University, and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Diane works to ensure GCB provides the highest quality, client-centered care in an environment centered on integrity and compassion.
