Our Work is in the Community

On street corners. In people's homes. At the workplace. We're wherever we need to be to reach one of the largest disenfranchised groups in the community – those with severe mental illness. Each day, we connect with thousands of people whose lives are turned inside out and who have no other support to help them cope with their illness.

Our clients find us or we find them, and the start of a new life begins. We help them face their illness, learn job skills, manage their finances, live with others, learn to care for themselves and cope with the demands of life. We replace confusion with confidence, sadness with smiles and hopelessness with hope. One step at a time, our clients become productive members of the community.

Work does not follow recovery; work produces recovery.

Client success begins with achieving psychiatric stability.

A key focus is on obtaining and maintaining housing.

We help adults take on the role of friend, employee, neighbor... reintegrating them into society.
