Kemper House -
For clients coming out of the state hospital or other institutional environments, GCB provides a safe living environment at Kemper House. Clients can begin to reconnect with the community as they work toward independent housing. GCB provides 24-hour, supervised living arrangements for 15 clients.

Permanent Supported Housing -
The majority of GCB’s clients prefer to live in their own housing. GCB offers a variety of support services to insure that all clients who so desire, can choose, find and keep a home. HomeLink is a unique housing brokerage service that helps clients locate and secure the housing of their choice. Once housing is found, Community Living Services teams provide both short term and long term “in home supports” to help insure that clients can maintain their home.

Shared Independent Living -
GCB owns or operates 5 single family homes shared by small groups of women who wish to live independently but not alone. These unique cooperative housing arrangements do not have staff onsite. Instead they offer a permanent living arrangement in a family- like atmosphere.
