Primary Care Services
Primary health care services are integrated on-site within GCB’s clinic and are provided through a partnership with The HealthCare Connection, Inc. This partnership provides clients the ability to receive both their mental and physical health care in a coordinated manner and at the same service site. Medical and psychiatric staff and clients are able to collaborate together to address the client’s overall health and treatment needs. |
