Mental Health Court Project - Court of Common Pleas
GCB provides Assertive Community Treatment Services for participants in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas Mental Health Court. This is a program that enables qualified individuals to be treated in a court-monitored, community- based mental health program in lieu of incarceration. Mental Health Court participants in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas must meet specific eligibility requirements, including a diagnosis of severe mental illness; charged with a felony crime (certain felonies are excluded); and have no history of serious or repetitive violence. For Direct Referral, contact the Project Coordinator/Court Monitor at 513-946-6179. |
