How Can We Help
Our Programs

Our work is in the community. On street corners, in people’s homes, in the workplace. We’re wherever we need to be to reach one of the largest disenfranchised groups in our community - those with severe mental illness.

Each day we connect with thousands of people whose lives are turned inside out and who have no other support to help them cope with their illness. At GCB, skilled and caring professionals treat clients with compassion, patience and dignity as they provide the individualized services needed. We can address our clients’ housing, psychiatric, medication, vocational, social and other support needs. We are their "one stop shop".

What Professionals Say About GCB:
"Since the publication of my book, I have visited 46 states and toured nearly 100 mental health programs, and I would rank Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Associates as one of the finest health care providers in our nation. Led by Dr. Tracey Skale, one of the country's rising stars in psychiatry, the treatment staff at GCB not only helps persons with mental illnesses recover, but empowers them through innovative treatment practices and follow-up services to enjoy rewarding lives. If I lived in Cincinnati, I would feel fortunate to have my son, Mike, in GCB's capable hands because its staff genuinely cares about helping people who are too often marginalized and abandoned in our society."
