Tracey Skale, M.D., the Medical Director for GCB for more than16 years, manages a team of 12 psychiatrists and directly provides services to several hundred patients.
A nationally recognized expert in the field of severe mental illness and schizophrenia, Dr. Skale is available to discuss community mental health, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychopharmacology, the importance of open access to medications, mental health issues in primary care, and the recovery approach to treatment of mental illness. Tony Dattilo is the Chief Executive Officer of GCB. In 2004, GCB came into being as a result of the merger of QC/M and CRI, where Tony had been the Executive Director since 1973. For over 30 years, Tony has focused on improving services for persons with severe mental illness. He is available to discuss severe mental illness, recovery, outcomes management, schizophrenia and the impact of substance abuse on mental illness. He is also available to discuss the management of a non-profit and the challenges and opportunities of merger.

Jeff Kirschner is the Chief Program Officer for GCB, managing the organization’s mental health services, including case management, residential, nursing and therapy services. He has over 25 years of experience managing mental health programs and facilities.
Jeff is available to discuss the history of the mental health care system, the workings of the mental health system, mental health and forensic issues, and issues related to homelessness and housing among persons with severe mental illness.

Diane Wright has over 20 years experience in the mental health field. A licensed independent social worker, Diane is the Quality Improvement Director and Clients Rights Officer for GCB. She oversees accreditation, outcome management, and certification. In this position, she is responsible for ensuring that client rights are maintained and for developing ways to improve the delivery of our services.
Diane is available to speak on the history of mental illness, the prevalence of mental illness, the workings of the mental health system, outcomes management, and supporting friends or family with mental illness.

Nikki Bisig, PCC-S, LICDC is the ACT Services Director for GCB, managing the organization’s Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) and PATH Teams.  She has more than 12 years of experience in the community mental health field.  Nikki is available to discuss mental health and forensic issues, issues related to homelessness and housing among persons with severe mental illness, substance abuse and mental health disorders, ACT and IDDT.
