Billing Information
– Greater
Cincinnati
Behavioral Health Services (GCB) Doctor Visits
GCB
requires that all clients present Insurance Cards at each visit and pay for
fixed co-pays. With the rapidly changing
insurance industry it is very important to present all insurance cards at the
time of each visit with GCB doctors and Nurses.
This will assist GCB in billing the correct insurance for services
rendered and ensure clients are billed correctly for services, if applicable.
Insurance
GCB
is OUT OF NETWORK for all HMO insurances. If
you have HMO coverage you are responsible for 100% of the charges for your
visits with the doctor.
