Since its inception, GCB has been fully certified and nationally accredited through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). By achieving accreditation through CARF, GCB consistently demonstrates that it meets international standards for quality and is committed to pursuing excellence in the delivery of its mental health services.

In 2010, GCB was recognized by Cincinnati's Business Courier as a "Health Care Hero" finalist, for our community outreach programs.  In June 2010, GCB was named by the Cincinnati Enquirer as a Top Workplace in the mid-size company category.

In 2007, GCB was recognized by the Ohio Department of Mental Health for Clinical Quality Excellence, and received the Cincinnati Human Relations Commission Award for Excellence.

In 2006, GCB received two National Eli Lilly Re-integration Awards for advocacy and housing.
